For almost a decade I worked as a commodity buyer specifically in the lumber industry. During this time, I was also my grandmother's caregiver who had been ill for several years. When she passed away in July 2020 I suddenly found myself with a lot of empty hours during the day I didn't know how to fill.

It took me a couple of years, but I finally realized what brings me joy is makeup. So, I enrolled in weekend classes to obtain my Esthetician's license. During my education a whole world of possibilities opened. I had no idea how important skincare was, and how it impacted the way your makeup looked!

I had found my new calling! In January of 2023 I quit my job, started my own business and haven't looked back. There is something so special about doing what you love and bringing people joy while you do it!
